Consultant Delivery Lead, Programme Manager
Todd Anderson is a consultant Delivery Lead and Programme Manager. A Wisconsin, USA native, he’s been living in the UK for the past 16 years working on a variety of projects in the IT sector for household name clients.
His strong technical background, combined with his straightforward communication style has helped bridge the gap between clients and technical teams. He believes much of the art of delivery projects stems from daily focus and attention about the ‘true’ state of the project – Do you really know how much is done? Do you really have a handle on your dependencies? Do you really understand your risks? Do you really know how your team feels?
Todd would welcome the opportunity to work with client teams of all shapes and sizes to realise their potential and deliver great software, that is both feature rich and operable.
Beyond his day to day work activities, Todd enjoys cycling, cinema, practices Zen meditation and running mountain marathons.
Digital Consultant, Product Owner and Business Analyst
Marcel Britsch is an independent Digital Consultant, Product Owner and Business Analyst; born in Germany he has been living and working in London for over 15 years. He has worked with creatively and technically focused agencies and all sorts of clients across a wide variety of industry sectors including retail, automotive, finance, medical and energy.
He believes that project success is strongly linked to happy teams, value-focused decision making and fast feedback cycles. As part of his role he is passionate about finding the best tools and techniques to optimise team culture, ways of working and solution design. He considers projects that follow classic waterfall / big-design-up-front practices to be too likely to be doomed to go anywhere near them, and will also stay away from transformation projects that are solely based on coaching. But he will happily help organisations transform via practical involvement and by example.
Outside of work he is interested in Sci Fi and comic books, Theravada Buddhist meditation and number theory.
